WebZap Photoshop Plugin

So, I watched this video introducing the core concept behind Web Zap, a Photoshop plugin intended "to assist web developers with their mockup and ui design workflow." Essentially, it's a bunch of premade graphics and layouts that you can quickly dump / re-arrange into a PSD. It looks very well made and I can certainly see the benefit of using it a number of scenarios. My question is; is this a fast track to web homogeny or is it all in how you implement it?
