Two Five Six

Two Fix Six

Do you read Kill Screen? The videogame arts site is throwing their own festival in Brooklyn this May and is looking to gather some funds to make it a reality. They've lined up the likes of Nicholas Felton, Tim Schafer, Rod Humble, Chris Poole and so many more to speak. Their goal is high but so is the cost of throwing a one-day conference in New York. Even if you've no interest in going (which you should), it's nice to be aware of these sorts of things happening. I love the continued development of indie game culture and community.

  • Sounds like an interesting event and we'd be happy to help in any way we can. We're The Score, a growing video game retail and entertainment company based out of Nashville. We host Nashville's video game convention, ScoreCon, each year. ScoreCon 3 is coming up in April and we have some big guests ourselves, as well as some big tournaments we'll be hosting. People travel from all around the country to attend. Thanks for posting this about this NYC effort and we'll keep tabs on it - it may be worth coming up for if it does indeed happen. Thanks!!
