I've always had the utmost respect for Peter Saville and his work. His designs were visually appealing, meaningful and always intentional in their execution. By that, I mean he didn't just make things look good, he made them mean something. With all that in mind, I never knew about this Colour Code that he developed with New Order. A gorgeous color wheel mapped to the alphabet to provide supplemental information on the cover.

Is it incredibly old news to Saville fans? Probably. Is it a clever piece of work that was only implemented on four covers. The sparseness of usage makes it all the more enjoyable.
