March 10th, 2009 marked the first release from my lil label
yk Records. I'm not shocked I've been at it for ten years but I am continually flattered to have been involved with so many great artists. If you've never taken a dive into the catalog, here's a massive Spotify playlist of all the things:
If you're not interested in an uncurated repository of excellent sounds, I do keep a running
sampler on Soundcloud but it's, by no means, an exhaustive or proper reflection of the label as a whole.
I've got a few things brewing for 2019 and feel like I'm finally getting into a groove of how best to release things effectively. It took a decade but I think things are better than ever. I hope you're into it and I hope you are as excited for future releases as I am.
