Take a few moments to peruse this exhibition from Wijnanda Deroo documenting New York Eateries. There's a great use of color and composition but, for me, the most appealing aspect is the complete lack of people that are present. Presumably, these restaurants have plenty of customers but their vacancy in the photos adds a nice slight eerie vibe.
