It's taken me almost the entire month to compile and prep this 2012 Retrospective podcast for We Own This Town and I still feel like it's entirely incomplete. How does one cram an entire year's worth of great music from a crazy wide range of bands into one mix? It can't be done without exclusion so I had to make sacrifices and cut out some great artists - so it goes.

Regardless of that, I think it's a fine slice of the past year and further evidence that Nashville really has more going for it, musically, than people give it credit for. Dig in.
