Matt Oliver, aka TV Torso, doesn't put out a ton of music. Typically he's busy recording bands for Daytrotter at his self-made Texas studio. His previous releases are top notch and I recommend them fully. I'm still settling down with it but it appears that his new Clear Lake Strangler EP is another quality one for the list.
