Slow TV

Kevin gave me the heads up on a growing movement in Norway best referred to as 'Slow TV.' This preview video is only ten minutes long but gives you an idea of what to expect - very slow paced, non-committal video. The full version is 7 hours long. There's another that is 134 hours long featuring a ferry navigating the countries coast (here's a condensed version).

It's basically the screensaver of television but there's something appealing about it to me. There's something soothing to me about having the TV on. That's probably not healthy but this is a nice way to feed that need.
