Searching For Poetry In Prose

Sometimes art is a funny thing. Artist Austin Kleon regularly creates and posts Newspaper Blackout poetry. They are compelling and insightful in their subtraction of newspaper articles. He once pontificated on his Twitter how great it would be if the New York Times made an interactive Blackout poem.
And lo and behold, the New York Times has launched an interactive piece Searching for Poetry in Prose that does exactly that. It takes NYT articles and you selectively choose which words should emerge from being blacked out. It's a nice piece and, moreso, it's an awesome example of the world coming full circle on a great idea.
