Happy to announce that the debut full-length album from
The Medium,
Get It While It's Hot, is available today (via
yk Records) naturally). We pressed it on Coke Bottle Clear vinyl that you can pick up
here or you can stream the whole thing on your
preferred streaming service.
In short, the album is
fun. It's steeped in 60's Pop and Psychedelia and there's clearly a big Beatles influence going on with the harmonies and lyrical content. These are all very very good things as far as I'm concerned.
I first heard "Good ol' Days" and "The Groove" when I stumbled across the band, so I'll suggest you start there but having listened to the album countless times in the past few months leading up to the release, I can safely say there's not a moment where it lulls. It's great from top to bottom. Hope you agree!
