Rohn Meijer. Apparently he discovered some neglected negatives in a basement, exposed to moisture, and developed them anyway to find some pleasing results. Since then he's been bathing negatives in a secret chemical wash for months just to see what happens. 90% of the results may be trashed but that remaining 10% is pretty gorgeous.
