It appears that Quasi has their own official site now. The "Mystery Bag" of ramblings was quite compelling, though very very stream of conciousness.. kind of refreshing. Not the hottest design ever, but the drawings tie in with the album art and since it's actually maintained by the band it automatically reaches a new level of "interesting."
