The site for ad agency HRP has several great things going for it. First off, the colored liquid scheme is gorgeous in and of itself. Secondly, they've given users the option of using their webcam to interact with the navigation. Third, there's quite a bit of actual work to browse through that you may be familiar with.
While I think the liquid imagery is fantastic I have to admit that the mouse based navigation is pretty sluggish and doesn't really capture the fluid feel they were going for - and I'm on a pretty high end machine so I can't imagine what it's like for someone running on equipment that's a bit outdated. Maybe that's not their target demographic but I always find it odd to design a site for a future audience instead of a current one.
The gesture navigation is a bit awkward but it is sort of a new and innovative thing.. not something you see very regularly on sites. Granted, you wouldn't want to navigate most sites by raising your arm or pointing far to the left but it's a fun experiment and you gotta give them credit for that.
