Remember when Ashcroft covered Lady Justice because her bare breasts were showing and he said it sent the wrong message / was inappropiate? Well apparently, Powell doesn't feel too easy with Picass's "Guernica" anti-war painting hanging behind him when he speaks to the UN, so they covered it up as well. Symbolic? Chyah.. I think so.
