NYC by Water

Photographer Zev Schmitz has been swimming in the East and Hudson Rivers, illegally, and taking photos of NYC from his vantage point in the water. His Island of Manhattan series reveals the fruits of these laborious swims - namely, a low level vantage point of the city that gives it an entirely different feel.

Would love to see more cities captured this way.
