The Silent Uproar Top 10 of 2003 is coming soon, but I'm having the damndest time figuring out what it is that I am to include on my list. There have been some great releases this year, but I'm too damn picky to just pick anything kind of quality.. I want my list to be great. If you had to make a Top 5 list of favorite releases this year, what would it be?
