I mentioned the work of Nick Stokes when I stumbled on the impossibly catchy jingle for Meatloaf Dippers (please watch that ASAP) but I would be remiss if I did not recommend a deep dive into the full portfolio of works from Stokes. It's a wildly varied offering - from hand drawn Harry Styles campaigns, to the best KFC ad featuring Reba Mcentire, to Miyazaki level immersions for Portland tourism. I love seeing a huge ad campaign right next to an untitled doodle, both equally enjoyable. Time well spent.
