  • iCloud Custom Thumb - apparently in Safari if iCloud is one of your top sites you get a custom icon displayed instead of a preview of the site. While I understand why they did this I also think it kind of defeats the purpose of the preview. Regardless, this snippet may help you recreate the same effect.. possibly worth investigating.
  • iPhone Text Expansion - if you've upgraded to iOS5 and haven't checked out the text expansion feature please do so right now. Granted, it's probably a feature that should have been in place for awhile but now that it is there, it seems like the kind of thing you shouldn't live without.
  • Contact Specific Vibrations - iOS5 can also, apparently, do specific vibrations for particular contacts. I find this to be amusing and ridiculous but also worth sharing.
