Jurassic IV

Okay, here is a possible sneak at the upcoming plot to Jurassic Park IV. Which, everyone knows, should never be made. But it says that this one takes place 12 years after the first movie and that the dinosaurs are urban legends now... 12 years = not enough time to become an urban legend. AND why is it that noone would remember (or have documented evidence) of the time when that Tyrannosaurus Rex ran through the city and busted up buildings? This has got "weak" written all over it.
