Some time ago Joost was making the rounds as the next big-thing to bring TV to your desktop. The difference between it and any of the other video services out there is that it was a piece of software that you installed and ran full screen. Not anymore. Joost has relaunched as a web based service - similar to the likes of YouTube or Hulu. It's a very clean design and the video quality seems pretty good.

I am curious what their plan is to differentiate themselves from their competitors - aside from design - as the concept and content is quite similar.
