This, supposedly forthcoming, device from L5 Technology will enable you to add an IR attachment to your iPhone and turn it into a universal remote control. This article points out that it will run about $50 and is set to debut at CES sometime this week. While the proof is in the pudding I have to say this sounds like an excellently obvious idea.
