Howlies

Janet has been singing the praises of Atlanta's Howlies and I think, finally, something just clicked with me. I've been listening to "Angeline", "Aluminum Baseball Bat" and a handful of other tracks that I could dig up on repeat for days now. I love the production values, the energy and the fusion of so many great influences into something new while still feeling familiar. The only downside is that I've failed to see them live after all the times they've played Nashville - a problem I will have to correct in the coming months. In the meantime, I'll just live with playing these tracks over and over and over again...
