Austin Kleon has an excellent transcript of a speech he gave called How To Steal Like An Artist. It goes through a lot of motions that you may be familiar with - inspirational words to get you motivated into creating art, working on projects and just generally feeling excited about whatever it is you're doing. However, just because you think you've heard the advice before, read it again. The re-iteration is powerful and Austin does a great job of actually making it believable; not an easy task.
