I rather enjoyed this article on
How To Give Constructive Design Feedback Over Email, mostly because it's entirely based on the language you use. It's not about holding back concerns or easing up on what deficiencies you see within a particular design but very specifically
how you voice those concerns. I will be the first to admit that I have a thin skin when it comes to these things so it's nice to see that it's a concern of others. Also, it's good to learn how to present feedback from my end as well.
