As it says on the label, Gmelius is "a cross-browser extension that proposes a better and cleaner Gmail™ inbox." Basically, it's a bunch of easy to select options to clean up your gmail - i.e. removing ads, expanding the header, removing widgets, etc. While I'm sure a bunch of this could be accomplished with a combination of other extensions but this makes it super easy. Handy, for sure.
