Leonard McCombe - Eyes Right
Leonard McCombe
Last weekend I had the pleasure of checking out the MOMA exhibit EXPOSED: Voyeurism, Surveillance, and the Camera since 1870. As you can imagine, the series shows a number of images skirting the line between artistic captures and spying; catching people unknowingly (or just off guard). One of my favorite from the bunch is the above image from Leonard McCombe - capturing Kim Novak. The piece's full title says it all:

"[Eyes right is executed with almost military precision by dining car males aboard New York bound 20th Century Limited as Kim Novak eases into a seat]"

What is it you're looking for?
