I caught District 9 last night and I have to honestly say that I was blown away. Neill Blomkamp deserves massive credit for creating a sci-fi movie that is entirely believable. I mean, there's always a stretch of the imagination involved when you're dealing with such things but it really never left the arena completely implausible. The special effects were perfect - yea, that's right - perfect! I rarely gush about a movie in this way but I think this one is quite deserving of it.
