Dear Apple...

Lately I've been working with the submission of, and maintenance of, plenty of Apps (powered by VHX, naturally). Dealing with the iTunes Connect Development Center isn't always ideal but I'd say, on the whole, it works quite well. Until you get to the Review Process. As you likely know, Apple requires a real live human being review your app and make the call if it's OK for the app store or not. Many times, this boils down to technical issues in which the app should be halted from submission. Otherwise, it's very subjective process between you, whatever reviewer your assigned to and their interpretation of the Apple Terms of Service. It's not always frustrating but it's often fascinating to see how the exact same app can get both rejected and accepted.

To help alleviate some of these woes, the folks at Elasticode have created Dear Apple, a handy tool to help you craft your letter to your review upon initial submission. It's convenient but it also crafts your note in a language that is very formal. I'm going to give it a spin on next submission and will, hopefully, report back with good results.
