In case you didn't hear, H&FJ announced the webfont service - Cloud Typography. Now if you want to use a legitimate, legal, version of Gotham.. you can. The pricing is great, the font options are robust and the scalability seems solid. The most intriguing part of it all to me is their Screensmart Font pitch - they redesigned all of their typefaces to be more pixel / browser friendly. Crisper text for everyone!
