I've been engrossed in the work of Cindy Sherman recently, a practicing artist and photographer for the past forty years that has built a career on masquerading as someone else, usually a character trope plucked from the popular zeitgeist. This MOMA exhibit will let you dive deep into her catalog of works.

The grouped work really shows her chameleon-like ability to lose herself in the character while conjure a familiar persona. Sometimes it gets weird, sometimes it gets NSFW and sometimes it's just perfect.
