busy day

Sort of a busy day. At least, I'm trying to stay busy. So I'm just going to the link dump instead of posting about each individual one.. and you're going to like it:
The Strokes are coming to Nashville March 6th. Presale tickets will be available here (thestrokes / tickets to login). I continue to be impressed by whoever is booking Nashville - they're doing a great job.
Clikclak - another one of those films where one thing sets off a chain reaction of about 300 other things. For some reason it is always entertaining - even when it's completely computer generated.
PBF - really inappropriate for work viewing but pretty much hilarious.
GGG-Gmail - such a stupid joke but still somehow amusing.
Wholphin DVD Magazine - hard to make a fair judgement from the video clip but based purely on the people that have content on the disc - this could be pretty great.
DEVO 2.0 - take a seemingly artistic, fun loving 80's band, merge them with Walt Disney Records - you get Devo 2.0. The weirdest part, aside from the fact that this even exists at all, is that the music is completely identical to the original versions - probably not even re-recorded. This is just too bizarre to exist.. but it does. The one great side to this is that you can no longer say your favorite band has sold out - because at least they didn't sell their entire image / persona's to Disney to rekindle something that didn't need to be reinvented.
The Ultimate LOST Theory - pretty intense. As with all LOST theories.. it's got some huge unanswered questions but at least this one has a fairly solid foundation.
