As retina displays become more prevalent a tool like the Blind Browser is going to be essential. The short of it?
Run Blind concurrently with your normal browser to see what your site looks like in 1x resolution.
It is, apparently, superior to Safari's 'low-resolution mode.' Oh, and it has an awesome app icon.
