apple drops the ball a little bit

I will proudly say that I called this one. Basically this is the same problem as someone setting up Shoutcast and putting a link to the stream on their site. There are ways to save the music, regardless of it's intended use - and I hope everyone remembers the hub-bub around licensing and royalty fee's for shoutcasters. Same problem as far as I can tell.
