Apple just announced their new
CarPlay experience - an iOS port for car dashboards. To me, it seems like an oddly surprising move. The timing of the announcement, the idea of them getting involved in such an arena, etc. etc. However, every car dashboard I've ever used has been terrible, so I welcome their entry into the field. It's
not popular with everyone but I think it seems promising.
