The offerings over at
8-Bit Dash are oddly compelling. Full browser animations of landscapes and gameplay displaying the time and a cheery message. It is, obviously, meant to be a screensaver but it's also equally entertaining to browse through them all and become entranced by the looping bits of animation. At least for me.
