Friends With Managers have posted an updated to the fantastic looking Elemental icon theme that could be implemented on your iPhone assuming you've got it all hacked out. This is unfortunate for me because, at the moment, I do not. However, Apple just announced that they'll be opening up the iPhone to 3rd Party developers (with a proper SDK) starting in February. This is good news all around.
