I remember buying the first Glossary record back in the early days of college and thinking that they weren't a band that I would keep up with because it was too steeped in alt-country leanings. Fortunately, since then they've downplayed the country and upped the rock a bit.. Feral Fire is a great example of the new balance they've accomplished.
