Apple's $15 billion cash hoard

Daniel directed me to this article about the enormous stockpile of cash that Apple has at its disposal. The piece talks about Apple's previous behavior and why they have such a stockpile but this part was the most interesting to me:
Finally, there’s always the chance that Jobs will surprise us all, break with tradition, and buy something big. Consider this: Just for kicks, with the money burning a hole in Apple’s pocket, he could easily buy TiVo (TIVO), Netflix (NFLX) and Circuit City (CC), and still have plenty left in the bank.
Not that I think that would happen but it's notable that it could.
