Keep Fixing Outlook

Some interesting developments on the Fix Outlook campaign that I posted about the other day. Namely, the official Microsoft response. Unsurprisingly they are taking the stance that they have zero reason to switch from using their Word engine for displaying emails to a burgeoning HTML Email Standard.

Enter Ben Ward - a web developer who gives a fiery but extremely informed rebuttal to the Microsoft response. Anyone remotely interested in technology and how absurd it is that giant corporations will snub open standards should read his take on the situation.
